Designer turned director Simon is all about happy teams, happy clients, and well-crafted concepts. A lover of history and storytelling, outside of the studio Simon enjoys collecting questionable facts and entertaining wife Fi with readings from his novel-in-progress.

With over a decade of experience, James enjoys solving design challenges with simplicity and purpose. Outside the studio you’ll find him feeding ducks with his one-year-old, perfecting labour-intensive recipes, or dancing (a throwback to his design studies in Bristol and Berlin)

Kerrie is our calendar queen with a sharp eye for detail. She manages projects with care (and even a Picasso painting in a past role) heading up the BBF account. Outside the studio, she loves films, travelling, and caring for her ever-growing collection of house plants.

Our new Project Manager, Sunniegh, has a background in fashion design and a knack for collaboration. Outside the studio, you’ll find Sunniegh on the football pitch, out exploring, or in the kitchen testing new recipes. Fun fact: she once helped craft a dress for the Met Gala.

City brings her multi-disciplinary approach to every project. From Cape Town to Bristol, and carbonated clients like Coca-Cola and Fanta, her work often balances impact and creativity. Outside the studio you’ll find City busy with DIY and gardening projects.

Mia is a big believer in ‘The Why’ behind every project. At Rhombus, her work for the Southmead Stories campaign stands out as a meaningful full-circle project. Outside the studio Mia enjoys dressmaking, reading and painting dogs. 

Freelance designer Will combines a love of design history with rigorous research to craft meaningful brands. He thrives on collaboration, bringing together creative teams to amplify ideas. Outside the studio, he’s cycling across Europe, playing for the mighty Beaky Blinders, or knuckling down to some candlelit Blackletter calligraphy

Freelance animator Paddy brings over 12 years of animation expertise to the team, crafting narratives for the likes of PlayStation, BBC, and Lloyds Bank. He’s the pro at simplifying complex ideas, and giving 2D animations a tactile, real-world feel. Outside the studio, he’s into surfing, Warhammer, and video games.

Tom has been bringing ideas to life with words for over fifteen years. What began as a love of advertising, grew into helping brands find an authentic voice to tell affecting stories. Outside the studio, you’ll find him making music with his band or being told to ‘turn it down’ by his family. 

Freelance developer Jay has crafted websites for icons like Paul McCartney, and environmental heroes like Chris Packham. Passionate about ethical web development, he crafts sites from-scratch with sustainable techniques. Outside work, he’s happiest hiking, camping, or swimming in the sea (anything outdoors basically!)

With a Fine Art background, Cyd brings a unique storytelling approach to the studio. Outside of Rhombus, she enjoys exploring new golf courses or attending as many gigs and festivals as possible.
